Lots of friends visited and lots of good food we have been very good and stuck to all primal foods and mostly paleo.
Which I will blog about later.
I have learned a lot more on this trip, studying Robb Wolf book and others.
Talking to friends and family that are into the same thing, getting more people on to it.
And actually having people thanking me for helping them getting on track.
That feels really good, knowing that something I did helped someone feel better:)
It's been a nice trip
Today we made cod-lettuce burgers
Carrots and broccoli and butter
Oh and if your kid won't eat that. Just don't wrap his/hers food.
Just put cod and veggies on the plate, maybe add some nuts, cucumber and leave some salad on the side. Maybe one day they will wanna wrap it:)
