Day two! Headache!!

Soo it's now been two days back on primal before going 100% paleo on Sunday. ( eating the few dairy products we have, don't wanna throw it all away) 

By 4 o'clock today I started getting a headache. And now it is 21.45 and my head is now so bad I could not stay up anymore. In bed now. 

Getting off sugar and also coffein is starting to work on my body. Know I have a few more days with this before it starts getting better. 

So my own fault. But I really enjoyed December :) it was the best. So some what worth it. 

But so can't wait for this headache to be gone :)

Started a new project today. Update in a month. 

Let's just say I cleaned out someone their fridge and pointed in the right direction. 

For dinner tonight we used the stock and from the Turky bone, with leftover turkey and veggies. Healthy feels good in my tummy right now :)
