Paleo/primal carrot cake.

Eric's favorite cake is carrot cake. 

So I desided to try to make a paleo one. What makes it primal is of course the cream cheese icing 

This cake was actually really good. Did not crumble, it was nice and moist. 

Put some blueberries on top.

Big hit! 

For dinner today we ate deer, baked in the oven with carrots, onions, garlic and mushrooms. 

Roasted broccoli with orange juice. 

I love game meat. 

This is the recipe I followed 

Icing 1 box cream cheese 

1/2 cup butter

1/3 cup maple sirup 

And vanilla extract
