Fish soup

Veggies:
Carrots 
Rutabaga 
Broccoli
Cauliflower 
Charlots 
Onions
Zucchini 
Pepper
Lemon




Fish:
Trout
Prawns
Cod
And dairy and gluten free salmon burgers 

Stock:
Fish broth from the freezer
Bacon fat
Broth from what came out of my butter/garlic prawns that I made yesterday
Coconut milk

Herbs and spices:
Basil 
Nutmeg 
Salt
Pepper

To finish it I made some crispy bacon bits to sprinkle on top 

And I have to say this soup was pretty damn good!

Try to save stuff like bacon fat ( NO its not gonna kill you! )
Broth from fish when you boils fish. 
If you ever prepare the whole fish, where you have to gut it and cut its head off. Boil that shit up, feed your cats ( if you have any, mine love me )
And you have a very nutritious stock. Freeze it and save it for your fish soup. 

Yum!
