Jonas' pick

Today after picking Jonas up from Barnehagen (daycare) I asked him what he would like for dinner as I had no plans and totally not feeling creative. 

So he said fish. I asked what kind of fish. He said red fish. So either salmon or trout. 

Went to the grocery store to pick up fresh trout. As I'm getting it Jonas is like -No mommy I want that one. A whole mackerel! So we packed up the mackerel as well and went home to cook. Cats were pretty happy too. I boil up everything I cut/gut from the fish for the cats. They love it. 

So today's dinner decided by Jonas was mackerel, broccoli, carrots and salad both a green salad and cucumber salad ( that I mix with lemon, salt, pepper and olive oil.
