Today's challenge, open a can of tuna

Opening a can of tuna with one hand is kinda hard. 

But I did finally get my tuna salad. 

Mixed greens, two eggs, one can of tuna, nuts and seed mix and a sprinkle of dried chili. 

My dinner when I'm home alone :)
