Date in The Kitcen

With Eric's Cajun "Bacalao"
And mashed cauliflower and turnip (and carrots and onions and ginger and butter - all mashed, topped with rømme and chives)

Then for some dark chocolate, wine and strawberries with shredded coconut and cocoa powder

Also got a new hairdo today by Viktoria








Buffalo Chicken

Eric made me Franks buffalo chicken today! It is so good!
And guess what not they have it at Coop Oppdal too ;)
And of course we wrap it in lettuce

Sat outside for a bit tonight it's so nice when we have sun so late
A heart appeared in the sky tonight soo

Had a really good Kettlebell work out tonight
Note to self do not put lotion on hands before a class. Gets way to slippery
Seem to be moving more and more over to the 12kg bell now. Still use the 8kg one for some stuff but slowly getting stronger
Feels cool

Treat

Shredded coconut with cocoa powder, banana and coconut milk :)

Dry hands

So just using old coffee grounds and olive oil as a peeling for my hands.
My hands are so dry and I'm not the biggest fan of lotions as most of them are a chemical shit-storm. Or cost a fortune.
Any one have any other good ideas ???

Cleaning fruit

So trying this thing out now.
Putting my fruit and veggies in water and vinegar to clean off the pesticides, chemicals and dirt too.
Seems to be working too

And a cup of coconut flour
2 bananas
Two spoons of pure cocoa powder
And added a little bit of H-milk

Dinner

Salad and salon with lots of vegetables and coconut milk.
Jonas loves the coconut milk in food.

Now Jonas is in bed and I decided to go make a little fire and sit and enjoy the peace.

All I hear is the creek and some sheep.

Did my house cleaning tonight so now all I can do is chill.

This place is starting to feel like a home

Chicken

Simple and easy chicken breast, cauliflower, broccoli an egg and some salad.
Had to make it quick and easy today as Eric is away and I only had about 1 hour from picking up Jonas from Barnehagen to bring him to babysitter so mamma could go do her kettle bell class.
Which again was an awesome class.
I love a class where you get a good workout but also a good group of people smiles and laughter.
Handstands are not the easiest thing ;)

Fish soup

From the broth from the cod yesterday, came this delicious fish soup.
Prawns, salmon and cod all kinda different veggies and cream!
Totally ate way to much!

Cod dinner :)

Eric made cod for dinner today. With veggies and onions fried in butter.

And now the fish-stock is being used for a fish soup for tomorrow :)

Getting my vitamin D

Sunlight and fish
Eggs or the egg joke also contain vitamin D
So today is my vitamin D day.
Getting some much needed outside time sunshine gives you most D3 you can not get that from a tanning booth!
This morning I made eggs with salmon on top, mackerel on the side with tomatoes and cucumber and some cheese.

Vitamin D is important to absorb calcium and phosphorus. With out Vitamin D your body will only absorb 10-15 percent of the calcium and 60 percent of phosphorous .and this is directly related to bone mineral density.

Chips need some work. They were fine, but kinda plain and boring and not as crispy as I would like them to be...

 I really like these because they show the muscle definition I was going for, doing all the hard workouts and the weight-cut.



Black tape project


So here we go 
So like I said a while ago on my blog I had a project going on, The Black Tape Project
That's why I have been working out so much, to try to look as good as I could for this photo shoot.
Went to Asker a place outside of Oslo to meet back up with Ketil
He previously took pictures of my sister and once of me before
Was fun to play around in the studio again, and I have to say that I am pretty happy with the end results.
Two weeks before the shoot I started a weight cut "program" not to loose weight but to get the muscle definition for the pictures.
Drinking about for litres of water per day, and staying low carb and high fat.
Two days before the shoot cut water and salt. First day was the worst as all i could think about was water. Second day was easier for some reason.
Did a last work out in Oslo the night before where I meet up with a friend I had not seen in 15 years. Hard to do a hard workout like that on so little water.
As soon as the shoot was done replenish my water and electrolyte.
