Instead of bread try to wrap your food up in lettuce.
You might like it, end up thinking hey I did not really miss the bread....
And you might try it again
Like I said before for me it took about one year to ease into this kind of lifestyle. I am not the kinda person that feel like I am capable of quitting something cold turkey.
Now after this long I find that stuff that I was like OMG I have to stop eating that!! But I love that!!!
I'm now finding hard to consider eating. Bread being the pretty much impossible thing for me to touch. And that was the one I thought I could never live with out.
