Getting my vitamin D

Sunlight and fish
Eggs or the egg joke also contain vitamin D
So today is my vitamin D day.
Getting some much needed outside time sunshine gives you most D3 you can not get that from a tanning booth!
This morning I made eggs with salmon on top, mackerel on the side with tomatoes and cucumber and some cheese.

Vitamin D is important to absorb calcium and phosphorus. With out Vitamin D your body will only absorb 10-15 percent of the calcium and 60 percent of phosphorous .and this is directly related to bone mineral density.
