Well today at work as we are talking about food I started craving some good wings.
So we made wings with veggies and dip.
Had a work out at 8.15 this morning.
Circuit.
But this weekend I am taking off all exercise I am finding my self tired. Not just lack of sleep but my whole body has been like this for a few days now.
Hoping that after work tomorrow I can get a calm weekend.
Eric will be done his report ( hopefully) so I can "have him back"
