Hot in the kitchen

Cold and yucky weather outside. So we decided to make a lot of Burgers of different kinds.
Had to make a fire so got hot!!



Wild game meat. About 1,2kg
With bay leaves, juniper berries, onions, garlic,salt and pepper and egg
To good. But is probably gone be even better in some avocado gravy with some mashed veggies





Melting butter in the pan, old fashion way





50/50 beef/bacon burgers about 2,1kg
With eggs, onion, garlic,salt, pepper, Cajun and other seasoning





Our slider samples that we had in lettuce

Mexican Chicken/Turkey 800 grams
With, red pepper, onion, garlic, cumin, pepper, salt and a bit of taco seasoning.



Almost 4 kg of meat cooked, 3 hour in the kitchen and 14 meals!!!
Tired, happy and off to bed :)
