Can't do it tomorrow? Do it today!

Tomorrow I can't make it to my kettlebell class, meaning I will have no class until Wednesday from last friday, that is too much time for me without the gym. So decided to go tonight instead.
Just working on the same exercises as we have been doing on thursday mornings.
Tina came with me just to chill. Sunday night are so nice and quiet at the gym so got to do some pictures as well.


One of my favourite moves right now is thrusters, don't know why that one is so much fun for me to do but I just really like it.


Squat with a bar, not too much weight there yet. My knees are cracking so much when I do this one. Gotta figure that out. No pain just sounds really weird.



Hoping this one will help me get to more pull-ups....


And then a little fun with the kettlebells after. 
On wednesday we have our test so that will be fun. Tonight I tried to do a snatch with a 22 kg bell. I did it, but could only do it with the right arm, the left one does not quite have the strength yet. 




Also tried this one again, I can pull my self up with an extra 4 kg bell. Kinda a fun exercise to do. But I'm also worried about falling on my head.

Anyways, pretty nice and calm sunday, boys had a nice activity day out in Storlidalen.
Made wicked lettuce bacon-burgers for dinner. With sweet potato fries.

Tomorrow, I rest :)
