Todays workout!





Little bit of picture taking after class. All nice and tired. Finished off with 2 minute planking 
Shaking shaking!!




The ladies after class. Awesome ladies :) 
(next time tho we need to color coordinate the bells, this looks messy :P


Here is the first part of tonight's program.
Then we had 1 minute on 15 sec breaks with 
Leg raise to plow
Windshield wipers 
Russian sit-up
3 times each exercise 
Then a two minute farmers walk
Ending it all with a 2 minute plank.

Well done everyone!
I'm exhausted, but so happy :)
