Wrapping up candy bags for the kids birthday party on Sunday. And I did not have a single piece!!! Yay me! Most people would just say I'm nuts. Well so be it. It it still hard not to eat one price. But I keep reminding my self that the last few times I have tried a piece I've actually spat it out. The taste just ain't the same anymore. I'll tell you a bit later in this blog what I now enjoy as my night treat

Tonight we made a good mix. Eric likes his taco spice mix, I don't want it as the first ingredient is sugar in disguise. Dextrose!
So I just made my own ground meat with different spices. Tina and Eric both like to eat it in taco shells. No gluten there but I'm also not the biggest fan of corn, so I use my dear lettuce wraps.
Picking my battles here.

Tea and a cup of shredded coconut with honey.
If you are getting off candy and stuff like that, and want to try something new try this one. If you are still on lots of sugar I can almost for sure say that you will not find this sweet enough and think that I am completely crazy giving up yummy candy for this crazy shait
If you are eating clean you will find this almost over sweet.
I love it.
